Announcements: Publication of draft License in the online data room On December 6, 2007, a draft of the License was made available in the online data room by the HCP and the TRA. Eligible Parties are hereby advised that they may submit comments on the draft License contained in the online data room, provided that such comments are received by the HCP and the TRA no later than December 21, 2007. Comments on the draft License must be submitted either through the online data room or in Word format to the following two email addresses: (i) mobile_licensing_2007@tra.gov.lb and (ii) hcp@hcp.gov.lb The TRA will review all comments it receives from Eligible Parties and the final License will be posted in the online data room on or around January 21, 2008, in accordance with the timetable set out on page 3 of the Request for Applications (the "RFA"). Capitalized terms used in this announcement but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to them in the RFA. |
