Announcements: Publication of draft SPAs in the online data room On December 17, 2007, drafts of the Sale and Purchase Agreements (the "SPAs") were made available in the online data room by the HCP and the TRA. Draft schedules to the SPAs will be posted in due course. Eligible Parties are hereby advised that they may submit comments on the draft SPAs contained in the online data room, provided that such comments are received by the HCP and the TRA no later than January 12, 2008. Comments on the draft SPAs must be submitted either through the online data room or in Word format to the following two email addresses: (i) mobile_licensing_2007@tra.gov.lb and (ii) hcp@hcp.gov.lb It is expected that the HCP will review all comments it receives from Eligible Parties and the final SPAs will be posted in the online data room on or around January 21, 2008, in accordance with the timetable set out on page 3 of the Request for Applications (the "RFA"). Capitalized terms used in this announcement but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to them in the RFA. |
